MohonKelayakan

  • SPM and above, preferably in administration or a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource.
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective communication with visitors, staff, and suppliers.
  • Self-motivated, with strong multi-tasking and time management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in administrative activities and internal control.
  • Able to keep confidential
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle site worker resignations, terminations, and disciplinary matters.
  • Conduct new staff inductions and monitor daily attendance.
  • Assist General Manager with wage records and documentation.
  • Promote a positive work environment
  • Oversee staff leave, attendance, and worker training.
  • Maintain and update site worker records and employee handbook.
