Bachelor\'s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, or related fields.
At least 2 years relevant work experience, with preference given to those with experience in human resources or administrative management.
Proficiency in using office software such as the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Working location at Klang Utama, Jalan Kapar, Selangor
ResponsibilitiesHR Functions:
Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, disciplinary letters, and memos.
Post job advertisements on appropriate platforms, screen candidate profiles and shortlist suitable candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing appointment and bank letters, coordinate new staff orientation and briefing sessions, manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews.
Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate overtime and leave records, update staff personnel files with relevant information.
Update HR databases with information on new hires, terminations and other relevant data.
Coordinate and arrange training programs to meet identified needs, maintain records of employee training, handle HRD Corp matters, including grant applications, submissions, and claims.
Coordinate staff health screenings (FOMEMA) and maintain health screening records.
Prepare and arrange travel bookings for employees
Employee Insurance Claims: Assist employees with insurance claims, including SOCSO and other insurance vendors.
Administrative Functions:
Responsible for business license applications and renewals, as well as managing Quit Rent and Assessment billing matters.
Liaise with utility service providers (TM, TNB, Air Selangor, Indah Water, Telco) regarding account management and service issues. Resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes with utility service providers.
Manage and renew tenancy agreements to ensure continuity of occupancy.
