Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/\xe2\x80\x9d A\xe2\x80\x9d Level/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Hardworking, responsibilities, positive working attitude, self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Having D class License is an additional advantage for doing the purchasing upkeep office, doing the process related with the government and others assigned by the management.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities for Administrative work for daily operation
  • Experience in basic bookkeeping, create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information, tracking of financial transactions with account software sch as invoice, quotation & payment
  • Operates and maintain office printers, stationery and pantry
  • Good organization, maintaining files with confidentiality, scheduling and time management skills
  • To assist in the management and administrate recruitment, welfare and requirement of th workforce
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
  • Knowing how to speak Mandarin is an additional advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Other administration duties were required and part of the scope
