Job description
Our client is a multinational business that is looking to acquire a HR Director for their operations in Malaysia that has a population size of approximately 150 employees. This role will report to the CEO based in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances
- or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedure across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives highperformance.
- Strategise, maintain pay plan and benefits program in adherence with group direction
- Plan and assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- At least 15 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR
- Prior MNC experience in an industrial setting is highly advantageous
- Able to be based in Selangor, Malaysia
