An exciting HR Director job has just become available at one of the most respected global manufacturing organisations based in Selangor.

About the HR Director Role:
In this critical role, you will lead all human resources activities and play a key role in the HR team\'s continued development and success in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help to drive performance improvements for the business through effective HR decision making drive organisational and operational development programmes advise the top management on policy, procedure and project management be a catalyst for change within the business
• Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, training and leadership development, career development, and benefits
• Manage the union and negotiate the collective agreements

To succeed in the HR Director job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or equivalent
• At least 13 years of work experience in HR with at least eight years in managerial positions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Union and experience in negotiating collective agreement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on and strong in HR strategy
