. You'll work closely with the HR Executive to ensure smooth HR processes and a great employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking in Info-Tech
Prepare HR letters, memos, and other documents
Support payroll processing and expense claims documentation
Help manage HR communication and administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR procedures are followed
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0-2 years of HR experience (experience in recruitment preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Proficient in google workspace; knowledge of Info-Tech is an advantage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Tech savy is a must
