To handle all documentation including work permit applications, CIDB card renewals, and hostel arrangements. To maintain updated worker profiles with passport copies, visas, and medical records. To liaise with MyEG, Immigration, and JTK for compliance matters.
To enforce company policies through proper disciplinary procedures (warning letters, suspensions). To coordinate annual performance appraisals with Site Supervisors, documenting all evaluations for worker progression tracking.
To conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with HODs and to liase with Vocational Training Officer for workers training programs and schedules. To maintain training records, track competency certifications, and ensure compliance with CIDB requirements.
To calculate monthly wages including OT claims, allowances (housing, transportation), and deductions. To verify DAWTS against attendance records and prepare payroll inputs for accounting.
To process annual leave applications and maintain accurate records for all foreign workers.
To manage exit procedures including final salary settlements, flight arrangements, and immigration clearance. To maintain termination reports with reasons analysis and replacement timelines.
To monitor adherence to Employment Act, OSHA, and ISO standards. To prepare documentation for audits and implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
To oversee hostel conditions, ensuring proper living standards. To organize medical check-ups and handle insurance claims for workplace injuries.
To submit monthly reports on: worker headcount, training progress, disciplinary cases, and hostel maintenance. To prepare quarterly analysis on turnover trends and recruitment needs.
To assist in worker deployment planning across projects. To undertake special assignments like policy translations or emergency repatriation coordination as needed.
Requirements :
Education Background : Min Degree in HR or related field.
Preferably minimum 2-3 years in a similar capacity.
Possesses strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Powerpoint and especially Excel.
Strong understanding of local labour regulations and best practices
