Min Diploma or Bachelor (Hons) in Human Resources, Administration or equivalent.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities
Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, fairly and consistently.
Assist in recruitment and selection process.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees.
Assist in the performance management process.
To carry out any related duties as and when assigned by the Departmental Head.
