Job Description


  • Min Diploma or Bachelor (Hons) in Human Resources, Administration or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, fairly and consistently.
  • Assist in recruitment and selection process.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees.
  • Assist in the performance management process.
  • To carry out any related duties as and when assigned by the Departmental Head.
