Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of related working experience
Must be well versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relation Act 1967.
Good verbal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written), Mandarin will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process such as preparing job descriptions, talent sourcing, resume screening, coordinating interviews, salary negotiations, conducting reference checks, preparing appointment letter, following up on offers and acceptances and facilitating the onboarding process.
Update employee personal records in the HR system and timely maintenance of employee personnel files.
Maintain accuracy of data to support HR functions and ensure all data are treated with confidentiality.
Coordinate learning and development programs, manage the submission of grant applications for HRD Corp claimable courses.
Manage employer branding across various online platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Hiredly, company website career page, etc to attract top talent to our organization.
Plan and participate in career fairs to promote employer\'s brand and attract top talent to our organization.
Organize social events such as birthday celebrations, team lunches, outings or team-building activities to foster a sense of community and belonging among employees.
Support management in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, incentive and remuneration packages, and employee retention strategies.
Handle employee relations and welfare matters including disciplinary and grievance issues, manage
communication and engagement initiatives, oversee performance appraisals, payroll administration, compensation and benefits etc.
Any ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by the Management.
