To assist in the overall Human Resource (HR) planning, analyzing and control.
To assist the HOD to review and formulate HR structure to align with company\'s direction and provide recommendations for improvements.
Act as primary contact for the employees and Managers that seeking support on HR processes, policies etc.
To assist in formulating and analyzing HR Report include Budgeting, Training Needs Analysis, Employee Performance Result in the company.
Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skilfully gather and analyse information.
Requirement:
At least 5 years working experience in HR Management.
Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Management or a similar subject.
Passionate in HR Management, detail-oriented and able to work with minimum supervision.
Computer literate (especially expert in Microsoft Excel) & HR software
