Job Purpose:

  • Administer training administration & organization development program
  • Process HRDF documents & submission
  • Assist the Training Manager in the people & career development
  • Maintaining employee\'s training records
Job Accountabilities:

Organization Development
  • Sourcing, evaluate and work closely with the appointed 3rd party training services provider to develop appropriate program for the workforce. Training includes leadership and technical skills, professional courses as well as educations about company culture and values.
  • Responsible for the HRIS training module and will be accountable to publish the training calendar , providing access to training channel and to monitor effective running of the Training plans / Training calendar.
  • Assist the Training Manager in the development of training & development policy and ensure proper implementation of the said policy.
  • The position holder also undertakes the responsibility to develop and implement modules of systematic and effective Orientation Program for new employees.
Training Administration
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of training and development activities.
  • Responsible for the training processes i.e. registration, attending to routine inquiries regarding courses and schedules, payment and etc.
  • Responsible for preparation of HRDF documents processes and submission.
  • Responsible for training services i.e. audio visuals equipment, refreshment, logistic & etc.
  • Preparation of appropriate forms i.e. training nomination form, training evaluation form, attendance list, correspondence, memorandum & etc.
  • Preparation of reports and statistical data summaries.
  • Maintaining of employee\'s training record & filling.
  • Updating all training information into the Training Listing form.
  • Updating the training modules in the HRIS.
Training Coordination Roles

i) In-House Training
  • Responsible to coordinate all in-house training activities. This would include training notification/circulation, venues, training manuals and etc.
ii) External Training
  • Key personnel in distributing of related public training programs to the Departmental Heads.
  • Coordination with external training providers as well as in house training providers.
Budgeting
  • The position holder will assist the Training Manager to preparation of the Group training budget.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business / Human Resource Management and equivalent.
  • 2 - 3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
