ROLE AND FUNCTIONSAssisting HR Manager in coordination and control of HR Management to ensure departmental efficiency and meet the standard of quality level required.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To Process Monthly salaries, other related Emloyment Records and maintain confidentiality.
To process and update all statutory payment related to employment policies
To liaise with HRD Department on utilisation of staff training facilities.
Conduct orientation / induction for all newly join staff
To assist with employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
Keeping up to date the personal data of all local staffs/workers and foreign workers.
To have good rapport with government bodies.i.e KKM, Immigration, KSM, Perkeso and JTK
To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of corporate HR policies.
In charge of foreign workers administration such as passport renewal, and FOMEMA arrangement. Ensure medical check-up are done.
Provide active support in the selection of Recruitment agencies which meet the corporate standard. Ensure Corporate Branding in recruitment webs and advertisements.
Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels. Oversee the central HR Administration - employee offer letters, salary letters and employment contracts.
Responsible for overall centralized HR admin function
Counseling and Guidance cell - provide support to Managers in case of disciplinary issues.
To perform any other duties as allocated by immediate Superior.
To follow or to adhere all procedures related to the Company's EMS Policies in-line with ISO14001:2015 & ISO9001:2015 policies.
