- Handle relevant spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, staff attendance, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance assessment, training & development, employee / industrial relations & foreign workers affairs, and so on.
- Attend to all HR official correspondences (letter of appointment, confirmation letter, show cause letter, warning letter and termination letter etc.).
- Responsible for staff recruitment including the advertisement, sourcing for candidates, arranging the interview, formalization of appointments.
- Ensures human resources policies, procedures, and programs are adhered to.
- Maintain good filling system and Human Resource Records for easy retrieval purposes.
- Manage employee relation matters, disciplinary procedures, recruitment & selection, counseling and employee attendance.
- To undertake ad hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must process at least a Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR and with payroll experience is required for this position.
Candidate able to converse in Bahasa Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Possess hand-on & proactive attitude and excellent time management skills.
- Must be meticulous, organized, and good with documents filling.
- Experience with HR software HRMS, knowledge of IT and proficient in Microsoft Office and or Auto count software will be added advantage.
