Hr Executive (payroll)

Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data in HR systems (TMS, UNIS, Quick Pay, SAP, etc.)
  • Handle new employee registrations, resignation deletions, and attendance reports.
  • Submit weekly reports on leave, absences, and lateness.
  • Ensure payroll is accurate each month.
  • Monitor attendance and report to department heads.
  • Issue disciplinary letters for attendance issues and misconduct.
  • Maintain accurate staff records and manage promotions/confirmations.
  • Conduct induction training on company policies and payroll.
  • Participate in interviews.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in HR or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR payroll, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
  • Computer skills (MS Office & HR software).
  • Professional attitude.
