Manage employee data in HR systems (TMS, UNIS, Quick Pay, SAP, etc.)
Handle new employee registrations, resignation deletions, and attendance reports.
Submit weekly reports on leave, absences, and lateness.
Ensure payroll is accurate each month.
Monitor attendance and report to department heads.
Issue disciplinary letters for attendance issues and misconduct.
Maintain accurate staff records and manage promotions/confirmations.
Conduct induction training on company policies and payroll.
Participate in interviews.
Qualifications:
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in HR or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR payroll, ideally in manufacturing.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
Computer skills (MS Office & HR software).
Professional attitude.
