- Execute and oversee payroll process including timelines and accurate salary processing and pay out, payroll report preparation, submission, statutory contribution, and payment according to local ruling.
- Ensure accurate, timely salary payout and compliance with all statutory (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO) requirements regarding monthly contribution, deduction and payment submission.
- Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee personal files.
- Perform monthly payroll reconciliation.
- Perform any task assigned from superior and management from time to time.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resource specialized in payroll.
- Organised, independent, pro-active and result oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Possess high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
- Must be a team-player with good interpersonal skills.
