Responsibilities

1. To handle and monitor overall payroll process and government deduction/ contribution such as EPF, SOCSO\' HRF and Income Tax
2.To assist with planning, organization and co-ordination of the company\xe2\x80\x99s payroll and HR function
3. Prepare and remit monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
4. Maintains payroll operation by following policies and procedures; reporting need changes
5. Maintains employee confidential and protects payroll operation by keeping information confidential.
6.Supporting Human Resource Manager in managing ad-hoc projects, Compensation & Benefits projects
7. To assist in other ad-hoc assignment as and when required

Ltd. in Japan which was founded in 1916. From the fusion of pyrotechnics, dyestuffs, pharmaceuticals and other fine chemical technologies, Nippon Kayaku has rapidly pioneered numerous new fields of technology.

KMY is located at Sendayan High-Tech Valley and will mainly focus on manufacturing airbag inflators which are key component that generates gas pressure to inflate an airbag instantly, Micro Gas Generators (MGG) for seatbelt pretensioner and also Squibs which are small ignition devices built into inflators and MGG.
