Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, eg. Employee Handbook, Employee Development Programmes, etc. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances. Employee engagement activities, eg. Team Building activities. Handle employee confirmation/probation extension/resignation process. Identify training needs. Performance Management.
