Providing support to the HR Executive in employee life cycle processes (recruitment, on boarding, development, retention and exit).
Input, update and maintain HR database, ensuring accuracy of information.
Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
Assisting payroll in charge with processing payroll documentation
Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars.
Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities.
Overseeing HR events
Handling booking application for accommodation arrangement.
Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
Filling and others ad-hoc duties required by management.
To handle admin task such as new joiner arrangement, stationeries purchase and etc..
Academic or trade qualifications
Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource.
Work experience and skills
Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to interact with different levels of employees & multitasking\'s be willing to learn, hardworking, attention to details and meet stringent deadlines.
Familiar with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 would be ADVANTAGES.
Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel
