Lead day-to-day Learning & Development section of the hotel to maintain brand standards and maximize the talent service quality to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
Perform TNA, develop relevant training module & conduct the training efficiently.
Ensure the Learning & Development activities are in compliance with HRDC guidelines and regulations.
Update and manage the Learning Management System for tracking and reporting training progress.
Job Requirements
Well versed in conducting soft skill training.
Relevant certification in a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
