Job Description



  • Lead day-to-day Learning & Development section of the hotel to maintain brand standards and maximize the talent service quality to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
  • Perform TNA, develop relevant training module & conduct the training efficiently.
  • Ensure the Learning & Development activities are in compliance with HRDC guidelines and regulations.
  • Update and manage the Learning Management System for tracking and reporting training progress.
Job Requirements
  • Well versed in conducting soft skill training.
  • Relevant certification in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
