Job Description
- Lead day-to-day Learning & Development section of the hotel to maintain brand standards and maximize the talent service quality to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
- Perform TNA, develop relevant training module & conduct the training efficiently.
- Ensure the Learning & Development activities are in compliance with HRDC guidelines and regulations.
- Update and manage the Learning Management System for tracking and reporting training progress.
- Well versed in conducting soft skill training.
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
