  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Competence in using MS Office applications and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Excellent communication skills for in-person, email and telephone calls.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Capable to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly.
Responsibilities
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
  • Record monthly attendance of employees.
  • Organising, maintaining and updating employees databases.
  • Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates.
  • Supervising employee onboarding and preparing documentation.
  • Drafting administrative correspondence and minutes.
  • Handling all employee queries, written or verbal.
  • Responding to emails and calls on behalf of the department.
