We are strengthening our HR function to move beyond administration--towards
structure, compliance, accountability, and talent development

We are now seeking a
hands-on, operationally strong HR Manager
to lead and professionalise our Human Resources function.
The role requires demonstrated capability in:
Leading and managing a
multi-person HR team
within a fluid and challenging retail business environment
Being
KPI-driven, independent
, and able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of
HR and employment regulatory frameworks
, and advising Management on changes, implications and implementation.
Working confidently with
HR data and reporting
, including HR-related statistics, and recognising the value of data in decision-making.
Lead
all HR-related regulatory engagements and investigations, proactively identifying compliance risks and ensuring
preventive and corrective measures
are implemented to minimise regulatory exposure.
Preparing and maintaining
high-quality HR documentation
, including policies, employment agreements, memorandums, and official communications.
Demonstrating strong
ownership and self-drive
in fulfilling assigned mandates and achieving Company-defined targets
Designing, monitoring, and tracking the Company's
training programmes
to meet manpower and operational requirements
Working with
structured plans and foresight
, rather than reacting to issues after they arise
Defining and implementing
KPIs and/or scorecards
for periodic and annual employee performance evaluation
Upholding high standards of
quality, consistency, and professionalism
, and taking pride in all HR deliverables
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; relevant hands-on HR experience will be considered.
Demonstratable HR experience, preferably in
retail, or multi-site operations
Strong knowledge of
Malaysian employment laws and disciplinary procedures
Experience handling employee misconduct and compliance matters
Hands-on, firm, and practical approach to HR
Willing to engage on the ground and carry out onsite visits
