We are looking for an experienced

HR Manager

to oversee and manage all aspects of human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, staff welfare, and foreign worker management, to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across all outlets.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions -- recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Manage and update staff records, attendance, and leave. Handle disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and staff counseling. Plan and coordinate training and development programs for employees. Support management in manpower planning and organizational development. Maintain good communication and relations between management and staff. Manage

staff hostel arrangements

, including cleanliness, safety, and staff movement. Handle

foreign worker matters

, including recruitment, permit renewals, medical check-ups, and accommodation compliance. Liaise with government agencies, clinics, and vendors on HR-related matters. Ensure timely preparation and submission of HR reports to management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or service industry. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR procedures. Experience in handling foreign worker documentation and compliance is an advantage. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
