Accountable for the entirety of HR operations, including selecting and recruitment, manpower planning, training, and other HR-related functions.
Drive recruitment efforts to align with organizational needs, collaborating closely with departments to deploy effective recruitment and selection strategies.
Support to create an appealing work environment to attract and retain top-tier talent.
Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and providing guidance on workplace issues.
Contribute to the review, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.
Actively engage in process of improvement activities and HR development plans.
Ensure adherence to Employment Act and other pertinent regulations.
Engage in monthly payroll processing and uphold compliance with government regulations such as EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN.
Participate in organizing social and recreational activities to boost employee well-being and foster engagement.
Offer HR advisory support to departments, ensuring alignment with employment laws.
Establish, implement, and maintain the Employee Handbook.
Undertake any additional responsibilities delegated by management.
Requirements
A Bachelors degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
Demonstrated track record as an HR executive, with at least 3 years of experience in senior HR management capacity. Prior exposure to payroll functions is indispensable.
Proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, labour regulations, and market dynamics.
Robust leadership qualities and adept interpersonal capabilities.
Outstanding communication and negotiation proficiencies.
