We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the
Food & Beverage (F&B)
industry. The ideal candidate will lead HR operations, drive talent development, and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to F&B operations
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for kitchen, service, and support staff
Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws, food safety regulations, and company policies
Coordinate payroll, scheduling, and attendance systems
Foster a positive work culture and support employee engagement initiatives
Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development
Required Skills:
Proven HR leadership in F&B or hospitality settings
Strong understanding of labor laws and food service regulations
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team management skills
Familiarity with HRIS and scheduling software
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
4+ years of HR experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
