• Managing the monthly payroll process including statutory contributions and making sure the salary payout is on time manner

• Involve in recruitment and hiring process of the company which include preparing JD, job ads posting and hiring process management.

• Develop and implement effective and smooth onboarding plan for new joiners.

• Develop and implement L&D programs including application and management of HRDF fund.

• Assist the people manager in performance management processes

• Support the management in disciplinary and grievance issues as well as ensuring a conducive and motivating work environment for all employees

• Bookkeeping of employee records (leave, medical claims, overtime claims) according to policy and legal requirements

• Review employment and working conditions to make sure it is up to compliance level.

• Provide counseling on policies and procedures and revise HR handbook.

• Supervise and support Corporate Affairs tasks including Board of Director meeting and Information Technology (IT) related matters

• Communicate with HR PIC of group companies and align each company\xe2\x80\x99s rule within the business unit.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Social Studies or other relevant field
• More than 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Human Resources Management

• Knowledge of Human Resources functions (remuneration and benefits, recruitment, training & development)

• Possess good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
