. You will partner closely with management to support people operations, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
Plan manpower needs and build strong candidate pipelines
Oversee monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions
Ensure accuracy in attendance, OT, claims, allowances and deductions
Manage compensation & benefits programs (insurance, leave, allowances, reviews)
Support salary benchmarking and annual review exercises
Maintain HR policies, SOPs and employee records (HRIS)
Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations
Lead HR initiatives to improve engagement, culture and retention
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years HR experience
with exposure to
recruitment, payroll & C&B
Experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
Strong communication, problem-solving and people skills
High integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
Experience in multi-site or fast-growing environments
