Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to take on the role of overseeing staff performance, administrative operations, and office management as a national People Manager. This multifaceted position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR management, staff development, and efficient office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee performance, and optimizing administrative processes within the country. Human Resources Management: Establish effective communication and collaboration with HQ HR ensures that all the HR practices at local level align with the broader organizational strategies and goals. By relaying important information, feedback, and local insights to HQ, the HR Manager should adapt HQ strategies to fit the local context, ensuring that initiatives are relevant and effective. Promote a positive work environment and company culture through various initiatives and activities. Organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, concerns, and grievances. Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and teams. Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers. Negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Implement performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers for effective performance reviews and goal setting. Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions. Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance managerial and employee capabilities. Staff Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes and systems. Provide guidance to managers and employees on setting performance goals and objectives. Provide coaching and guidance to managers in conducting effective performance evaluations and feedback discussions. Collaborate with leadership to identify and support professional development opportunities for employees. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, recommending actionable strategies. Lead Local Office Management and Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative functions and office operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment. Oversee office facilities, supplies, and equipment, coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed. Implement and enforce security protocols, health and safety standards, and emergency preparedness plans. Plan and execute office events, meetings, and other activities to foster a collaborative culture. Leadership and Team Development: Mentor a team of HR,TA and administrative professionals, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork. Provide guidance and support to managers in their leadership roles, facilitating their professional development. Promote continuous learning and skill development for employees through training and coaching initiatives Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on staff performance, HR metrics, and office management activities. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s preferred). 10+ years of experience in HR management, staff performance, and office administration, with proven leadership capabilities. Strong understanding of staff development, performance management, and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across various organizational levels. Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, HRIS systems) and familiarity with administrative tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
