Job Description

This position is based at Bukit Baru, Melaka

As HR Manager, you'll be a critical part of the full spectrum of Human Resources, supporting both the day-to-day needs of our Melaka team and helping to lay the foundation for future regional operations. You'll take ownership of core HR processes such as payroll, training, industrial relations, policy development, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform a full spectrum of HR functions excluding recruitment. Oversee and execute

payroll processing

; act hands-on when needed to ensure compliance and accuracy. Manage

industrial relations

, including handling grievances, disciplinary cases, and union matters where applicable. Develop, implement, and update

HR

policies and procedures

aligned with Malaysian law and organizational needs. Support and adapt

HR policies in foreign countries

in coordination with legal or local partners. Drive

employee engagement

, foster a positive work culture, and serve as a trusted advisor to management. To conduct training class for company staff Ensure full compliance with

and statutory requirements. Manage HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, and employee communications. Support

Partner with business leaders
