We are a growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and familiar with HR practices in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full scope of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, Employment Act, PERKESO, EPF, EIS, and relevant statutory requirements
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
Handle industrial relations issues, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and grievance handling
Oversee manpower planning, staff welfare, attendance, and leave management
Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development
Support audits, ISO / 5S / compliance-related HR documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of working experience
in
full scope of HR
, preferably at managerial level
Manufacturing background is strongly preferred
Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
