As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strong, experienced, and system-driven HR Manager to lead our HR team and ensure efficient HR operations across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the HR Department to ensure smooth daily operations across all branches.
Manage staff discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies and the Employment Act 1955.
Resolve staff issues, grievances, and conflicts professionally and fairly.
Oversee payroll operations using the InfoTech HRIS system, ensuring accuracy in OT, allowances, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Ensure recruitment and on boarding processes are carried out effectively by the HR team in line with company standards.
Review and improve HR policies, SOPs, and staff performance monitoring systems.
Conduct investigations, warning procedures, and disciplinary actions when required.
Plan and execute staff engagement, training, and retention programs.
Advise management on HR strategies, compliance matters, and manpower planning.
Foster a positive, disciplined, and performance-oriented work culture across all outlets.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, pharmacy, or healthcare industries.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in InfoTech HRIS/payroll system and HR digital tools.
Excellent understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance.
Confident in handling disciplinary issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
