Job Overview
As the
HR Manager
, you will be the pioneer and lead the
full spectrum of Human Resources
in a fast-paced, creative environment. This includes strategic planning, operational HR management, and people development to ensure HR strategies align with the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning to meet organizational needs.
Serve as the first point of contact for staff matters, foster a positive workplace culture, and handle grievances or disciplinary cases in compliance with Malaysian employment law.
Oversee payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality. Manage salary structures, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, MTD).
Implement appraisal systems, support managers in setting KPIs, and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Identify training needs, design employee development programs, and monitor effectiveness to support continuous growth.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining accurate employee records.
Partner with management on workforce planning, HR analytics, and organizational development initiatives.
Handle any projects or tasks assigned to meet business objectives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
5-8 years
of progressive HR experience, including at least
2-3 years in supervisory/leadership role
.
Strong understanding of
Malaysian employment law
and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
