Klinik Aurora is looking for a dynamic, people-oriented HR Manager to join our expanding team!
Requirements:
Female candidates below 35 years old.
Minimum Degree qualification in HR Field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, HR software).
Experience in HR field is an advantage.

Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll, recruitment, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A natural leader who can guide and motivate team members
Able to travel to various Klinik Aurora branches when required
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
Preferably has experience in healthcare or multi-branch organizations
