Job Responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions which includes Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Performance Appraisal, Orientation, Time Attendance Management and other HR related matters.
Responsible for payroll and statutory administration.
Foreign worker employment & permit renewal,
Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees' personal file, ISO documentation, training records, staff confirmation, employment contract renewal, insurance renewal, etc.
Plan, implement and participating in training and development, induction programme and employee welfare.
Plan and monitor HRDCorp levy utilisation.
Attend to employees' queries pertaining to HR policies and procedures.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Business Management/ Administrative or related.
At least 5-8 years of working experience in managerial position.
Possess strong leadership, able to drive and lead the team.
Mature, independent and excellent personality.
Able to communicate well with all level of staffs.
Computer literate, good in Ms Excel and Ms Word.
