HR professional with at least more than 3 years progressive experience in Human Resources
Secondary education, diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
In-dept. knowledge and understanding of Human Resource practices, policies, and legal compliance to provide guidance to individuals throughout on-boarding, selection, training and recruitment
Exceptional people and communication skills; has the savvy to read situations accurately and ability to respond appropriately and quickly
Preferred with experience in retail and F&B industry.
Proficiency in good verbal and written of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge and well versed with Employment Act and other related legislation.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & selection exercise covering manpower planning and induction program for new recruits, coordination of interviews and other related activities.
Process monthly employee payroll and ensure timely payout. Enter accurately and in a timely manner in HR system for quick resolution and produce timelv HR data.
Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues such as issuing of warning letter, monitoring of disciplinary issues, performs investigation and etc.
HR administrative functions supporting staff welfare & benefits such as Group Personal Accident, Group Hospitalization Schemes, Socso Claims, monitoring and control of staff uniforms and other similar responsibilities.
Assist Training dept regrading HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars.
Work closely with Functional Heads to resolve day to day HR operational issues;
Manage Company policies and practices and review timely to reflect changes that is in line with market practice & competitiveness.
Any other responsibilities that assigned by superior.
