Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Provide HR administrative support including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee record management

Working permit management for expatriates

Support HR activities including attendance, disciplinary process, terminations, transfers, etc

Ensure compliance with Malaysian HR law and company policies

Act as the first point of contact for HR operational issues

Requirements

:

1 year of experience in HR Operations or HR administration

Excellent English and Malay communication skills

Strong attention to details, problem-solving skills with proactive mindset

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
