Job Description


1.Coordinate with other departments and agency, to collect the worker demand and requirement, arrange the manpower accordingly. 2. Attendance management and processing of payroll for foreign workers/ agents. 3. Oversee foreign worker administrative job such as contract management with labor agency, worker registration, PPE preparation, vaccination status, induction training plan arrangement etc. 4. Documents preparation and submission for quota application. 5. Documents preparation and clearance of foreign workers at the airport. 6. Responsible for work permit/employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo. 7. Manpower sourcing, fulfilment and assignment of foreign workers. 8. Main liaison between Immigration, JTK, & Foreign Workers/ Agents. 9. Oversee the full spectrum of recruitment of foreign workers management from the recruiting and staffing activities, manage onboarding including accommodation in the hostel. 10. Ensure compliance in policies and procedures with regards to foreign workers issues and statutory requirements. 11. Preparation of reports on the monthly expenses. 12. Ability to resolve conflict and handle the issue professionally. 13. To assist any other matters as assigned by the superior. Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or its equivalent. 2. At least 1 years\' experience in dealing with overall HR Foreign Worker Management scope. 3. Problem Solving Skills - to be able to recognize, identify, and analyze situations, processes, and structures, and to efficiently and logically resolve them. 4. Solution Orientation - to persistently pursue goals with great focus while leading the team and oneself in the development of outstanding solutions. 5. Capacity for Learning - to continually work to develop oneself and the team, allowing strengths to unfold while learning form mistakes. 6. Planning Skill - to be able to structure tasks and to prioritize, all the while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. 7. Collaborative Skills - to work to improve collaboration within the team, while helping people to network and supporting independently organized work. 8. Good command of both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
A robust Industrialised Building System (IBS) industry is being set up to support the Forest City development in Johor to ensure the multi-billion ringgit project is completed faster while providing thousands of jobs for locals. \xe2\x80\x9cIBS is all about prefabrication that can speed up construction and the quality is assured. The first phase of the IBS factory will start production soon and expect it will not be enough. Our company will embark on Phase Two of the IBS plant. Incorporating technology from Germany, Italy and China, the IBS facility would comprise four factories and they would be the biggest in the world when fully completed. Initially, (production) will be just for Forest City. But in the future, if there is demand elsewhere, for example, for affordable houses, deals can be set up.
