Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide timely IR advisory services to stakeholders on potential risks & strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives & legislation across companies.
- To conduct investigations and resolve complex/ critical IR issues in a timely manner.
- To conduct due/domestic inquiries whenever required by the Management.
- Attend to all employment grievances to maintain industrial harmony.
- To revise, advise and devise IR-related matters in Policies & Procedures.
- Responsible to develop and execute modules to upskill HR Heads on IR-related matters.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources/ Law/ Psychology and any relevant field.
- IR-related certification from MEF, MECA and MIHRM is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years in an HR-related field.
- High proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Critical thinking skills are essential with the ability to multi-task.
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- HR: 3 years (Preferred)
