JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To handle and maintain day-to-day operations of human resources and administrative support to the department. To maintain and update employee records in the HR information system. To manage recruitment and oversee outsource workers matters. To implement and manage HR policies and procedures. To handle canteen management, conduct an employee survey for continuous improvement from time to time. To assist in employee welfare implementation and maintaining good industrial relations. To bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, handling grievances or other issues. To handle any other responsibilities that are assigned by immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management/ Social Science/Business Studies/ Marketing or any other related fields. Strong IT skills with knowledge and hands-on experience in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Good analytical, work independently and problem-solving skills, analyzing skills Meticulous, thorough, able to multi-task and support for overtime when task required. Have good communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of Mandarin, both spoken and written. Minimum 2 years and above related working experience in HR. Have ability to communicate effectively & professionally. To comprehensive knowledge of core HR functions and Employment Act, including recent updates. Must be a team player, strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, creative, self-motivated & aggressive. Possess own transportation and accommodation. Have valid driving license.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
