-Understanding the recruitment need. -Perform resume screening for best fit candidates. -Design and implement overall recruiting strategy. -Manage end to end recruitment function of the business from sourcing until onboarding. -End to end hiring process not limited to interview arrangement, salary calibration, generating offer letter, and ensure completeness of documents by each candidate who is shortlisted for hiring. -Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. -Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals, etc. -Attend career fairs and conferences when needed. -Perform Orientation for new Hire or any training if necessary. -Partnering with Vendor to ensure internal and external audit compliance. -Responsible for timely preparation for HR - recruitment reports. -Performs other duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time.
