Responsible for managing the entire hiring process, including advertising openings, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
Proactively build and maintaining talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Monitor key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement.
Extend and negotiate job offers, detailing salary and benefits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
Participate in job fairs or other recruitment events.
Qualification and Skills:
Minimum 1 - years of working experience in recruitment or any similar role with at least Bachelor's Degree in HR/ Business Administration / Psychology or any equivalent.
Familiarity with ATS is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communications skills in English and Bahasa Melayu to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Willing to work at Seksyen 23, Shah Alam.
