Description

As HR Operations Manager with Reckitt, you will responsible for Provide support in managing all HR procedures and ensure smooth day to day HR operations. Perform a variety of human resources, personnel and office administrative tasks. Responsibilities

Ownership of payroll and tax processes:

  • Oversees the full spectrum of payroll and operaions to ensure processes are executed accurately in timely manner and not limit to process improvement and best practice.
  • Payroll champion for the local market, ensuring accuracy of payroll input and adherence to agreed process by shared services providers.
  • End of year tax support for local teams and expats.
Lead process improvement initiatives
  • Identify and implement opportunities for us to improve our people processes
  • Drive system / data integrity and utilisation of HR Shared Services
International Mobility:
  • Relocation Management - Complete administration and logistics relating to the relocation (including processing transferee\'s benefits and pension)
  • Permit Management - Request/Renew Work Permit/Visa, liaise with relevant stakeholders to secure the proper permit for employee.
  • Tax Management - Manage administration and logistics relating to international tax and payment activities
Planning & Audit:
  • CFC Management - run periodic headcount planning & monitoring activities.
  • Audit - perform annual audit, supporting other functions audit activities regarding HR / employment related topic, ensure records are being retained for appropriate duration in line with local regulations
Act as an HR Business Partner to key functions within the business
  • Work with leaders to deliver performance, talent and pay calendar.
  • Act as a coach to senior leaders on decision making which impacts people
  • Support acquisition of talent into key functions
  • Handle employee relations issues in a supportive and objective way
Own the company benefits provision, considering the opportunities to position Reckitt as an employer of choice
  • Implement/review HR policies, recommending best practices to ensure compliance with internal and federal/state requirements.
  • Manage/maintain group insurance renewal such as hospital & surgical, group term life and other related to employee health benefit.
  • Benchmark and review the benefits provision working with reward partners
  • Maintain holiday and sick leave systems
  • Implementation of new benefits provisions on a project basis
