Are you an organised, tech-savvy, and love helping people? We're looking for a proactive ?Administration Executive with experience in HR and Payroll ?to support a Client in Australia!

This role blends recruitment and HR administration with 1-2 days per week dedicated to payroll processing. You'll be the friendly voice behind the scenes, supporting the HR consultants, coordinating client calls, managing background checks, formatting documents, supporting social media, and providing payroll support.

What You'll Do

Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries for our Australian HR team Process payroll for our Australian clients Lodge police, medical, and reference checks through Makesure and client systems Assist with resume screening and document formatting Support presentations and social media scheduling Keep our systems organised across Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
What You'll Bring

Excellent English communication and confident phone etiquette Background in HR, recruitment, or professional administration Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Strong Microsoft 365 and document formatting skills A fast learner who's organised, reliable, and calm under pressure Bonus: Canva or social media experience and experience with Employment Hero
