Job Description

Responsible : \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for checking, collating, updating payroll data entry and processing necessary data to expedite monthly salary payment for all staff. Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check and monitor staff attendance and leave management \xe2\x80\xa2 Check employee monthly overtime claim and allowances claim are adhering to the company policies & procedure and claims are paid accurately and timely. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure payments of salary are made on or before end of each month. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure payroll activities are in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate and compiling necessary reports related to manpower and payroll records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Distribute pay slip each payroll month. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support and assist any other ad-hoc HR assignments/ events/ activities. Requirements : \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision \xe2\x80\xa2 Required Skill(s): Good interaction, communication, analytical & problem solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of HR2000 System would be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum with 2 years\' hands-on experience in a wide spectrum of human resources functions including payroll administration would be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
