Preparing related letters to employees.
Organizing, maintaining and updating employees databases.
Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates.
Supervising employee onboarding and preparing documentation.

Handling all employee queries, written or verbal.
Responding to emails and calls on behalf of the department.
