Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate, minimum 4 years of work experience in shared service domain
  • Minimum of 4 years of data entry in Workday including for all types of data (HCM, compensation, termination, recruiting, talent & performance)
  • Added advantage: ServiceNow HR tool experience, knowledge on Alteryx, Power apps
Area of Responsibilities:
  • Provide navigational support to internal customers/employees
  • Data entry/processing in Workday for all types of data
  • Perform mass uploads using EIBs
  • Work on ServiceNow tickets and perform Workday transactions per the assigned tickets
  • Quality checks of medium to high priority / critical processes
  • Perform data integrity audits & quality check: ensuring data keyed is accurate
  • Quality checks 100% quality checks including Low to Medium payroll impacting transactions
  • Create and update Knowledge Articles
  • Attend calls with Regional and Global stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 calls
Technical Knowledge:
  • MS office tools - Adequate working knowledge of relevant MS office tools (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS-Teams)
  • Quality checks - low to medium payroll impacting transactions
  • Process Applications - Basic understanding of process applications to complete assigned tasks
  • HR Domain Knowledge - Shows adequate understanding and application of domain (HR) knowledge (employee life cycle, recruitment, Baxter HR policies etc.) sufficient to understand implication of own process activities on the business
