Responsibilities
Daily
Monitor attendance to ensure employees punch card (in, out and during time break)
Prepare attendance list skype to DGM and Senior production manager before 9.30am.
Investigate the causes for staff absences immediately with Supervisor.
Update overtime record for every employee before 12.00 pm
Monthly
To update locker location 28th of the month
Update average OT Summary 7th of month.
Prepare OT Summary on 7th of month
To update the employees list 18th of the month
To counter check the AL, NPL, MC balance with the payroll system after completed every 15th of the month.
Prepare temporary punch card (Local & foreign worker) - 30th of the month
Prepare employee card for promoted staff
Prepare Touch & Go card for new workers
Handling of Foreign Worker
1. Update & renew the contract with the renewal foreign worker.
2. Prepare the contract for new / existing foreign workers with 2 languages.
3. Preparing insurance for new foreign workers & existing foreign workers.
4. Updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy.
5. Preparing personal file, conduct orientation.
6. Hostel Checking / inspection facilities, cleanliness every 23-25 of the month
7. Arrange foreign workers to clinic/ hospital / back (when necessary)
8. Arrange medical check-up (FOMEMA) for new and existing workers
9. Update foreign workers\' name list record, passport details, and insurance record.
10. Update foreign workers\' hostel bed location on every 25th of the month.
11. Update the new foreign workers photo within 1 month.
12. Preparing Electric bills, Water bills, hostel location listing, and other monthly deduction on every 30th of the month
If Applicable:
Conduct orientation for new local employees.
Prepare locker for new employees and update the locker list
Arrange open bank account for new foreign workers after receive Original Permit.

6. Minimum Competency Requirement:
A. Academic Level
- Diploma / Degree or any equivalent
B. Working Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
