5-7 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a senior position.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and data management tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.

Oversee budget management and expense tracking for HR and admin functions.
Leadership and Strategy:
Contribute to the development of HR and admin strategies aligned with company goals.
Mentor and guide junior HR and administrative staff.
Collaborate with senior management on organizational needs and change initiatives.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and administrative activities.
Use data insights to drive informed decision-making.
