International College of Creative Arts Technology (Cats College) , a private higher education institution located in Petaling Jaya is recruiting Human Resource Specialist to support its business growth. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization\'s mission and vision. This position reports directly to the CEO office and works closely with other department heads and employees across all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas: - Recruiting and developing pipeline for talent requirement - Creating job descriptions that clearly define the responsibilities of each position - Overseeing employee benefits packages and establishing procedures to manage these benefits - Administering and managing confidential payroll requirements - Developing policies regarding employee conduct, performance management/evaluation systems, leaves of absence Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources management and administration will be added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR Management or related field and a Malaysian citizen.
  • Familiarity of Malaysia Labour law and it practices will be added advantage.
Job Type: Contract Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
