To prepare, monitor and maintain employees' attendance records (TMS).
Process payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain confidential payroll and employee information.
Update and maintain payroll records for all employees in the payroll system and HRMS.
Responsible for relevant HR official documentations
To maintain a systematic and proper filing system to ensure information's is up to date for easy reference and retrieval
Handling HR matters related to relevant government department / agencies.
Perform any other duties as and when required by the HOD from time to time
To maintain strict confidentiality and act professionally with all levels of management and staffs at all time.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor Degree in HR / Management / Business Administration or any other relevant qualifications.
Have at least 3-5 years working experiences.
Knowledge in HRMS preferrable Boss i-net.
Knowledge in full spectrum of Human Resources is an added advantage.
Possess a valid car driving license.
Possess good communications skill.
Systematic, organize, positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
