The Position We are looking for you to join the Polaris project as a Test Coordinator. The scope of the Polaris project is the transition of Pay, Time & Benefits in small and mid-sized countries in EMEA and APAC to Workday and centralized payroll vendors (70+ small and mid-sized countries). Please note that this is a fixed-term role , ending on the 31st December, 2026 . Ensuring test strategy and execution meet Roche Quality and Compliance requirements Advising local project managers and process leads on the testing strategy, test plans and requirements Managing the overall testing plans for the assigned country/region related project Ensuring Test plans are adequately resourced as per the project Timelines to support sign-offs as required Ensuring Testing resources are adequately trained Co-ordinating the test phases including System Integration and UAT, ensuring that all problems and issues are clearly and accurately captured and reported to the project team and or vendor as appropriate Acting as the first Point of Contact for progress reviews during testing phases Preparing and coordinating the production of test scenarios using the Data Mapping and Data dictionary documents Monitoring and reviewing the progress of testing and sign-offs during the testing phases Experience in testing activities as a tester (ideally in leading test preparation/execution, preferably in big projects and global roll-outs) Strong Test Management capabilities Experience in developing, managing & coordinating test plans (both Business and Technical) Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) is essential Good organizational and communication skills Can do attitude and take up challenges Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience Experience on HR and Payroll implementation projects, and Workday testing experience is a plus Who we are At Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
